We aim to have all orders prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

United Kingdom: 2-4 business days from dispatch

Very rarely, items get lost in the post. Your order will be will be sent using a tracked service in case this problem ever arises. We will always refund or replace the lost items in your order after it has reached 10 working days from expected delivery date in the UK and 25 days from outside the UK. This is in line with Royal Mail's lost parcel policy.

We do not refund or replace before this time frame is up. Most of the time it is just a case of packages being delayed.
